Darbazi

The owners of the restaurant Sakhli opened a new place named Darbazi on Nikoloyamskaya Street. The head chef is Liliya Arutyunova who made Sakhli one of the best Georgian places inside the Garden Ring. Personally Liliya enjoys the new project a lot because the menu of Darbazi includes everything she had in mind but couldn’t add to the Sakhli list. In Darbazi one can try duck kharcho, kid cooked in milk, pkhali from green beans, gebjalia with estragon, peppermint and matsoni yoghurt and an orange pie. Everything is coocked from fresh food delivered to the restaurant every day. The word “darbazi” actually means “the most important room in the house” – the room, where relatives and friends gather on family occasions.
