Makoto. Restaurants Moscow

The chef of the new restaurant Makoto is Sudo Teijiro, who began his career in a famous Tokyo place Kioycho Fukudaya, where the Prime Minister of Japan was one of his guests. Sudo Teijiro first came to Russia in 2003 and started working as an expert consulting to Japanese restaurants in Moscow. Makoto is the first Russian restaurant where Sudo-san works as a head chef. Here he offers his guests very rare things, like appetizers of scallops, marbled meat or eagle ray wings. The menu mostly consists of traditional Japanese dishes – sushi, sashimi, noodles and fish. All the seafood is delivered to Makoto from the Tokyo market Tsukidzi, and oysters – from the best European and Far Eastern farms. The bar list features Japanese whisky, Japanese beer, sake, awamori and cocktails with yuzu juice.
