New restaurants
Kirill Martynenko and Anton Lyalin, the owners of the steakhouse chain Torro Grill opened a fish restaurant Boston Seafood & Bar. The focus of the menu are prawns from Singapore, New Orleans, Scandinavia and Kamchatka. They are served in big helpings (700 or 1200 g) recommended for two persons and more. There are also lobsters and crabs that go for really good prices – for example, they ask 690 rubles for a half of a lobster. The fans of classics will enjoy sea bass and trout and popular carpaccio and tartare of tuna and salmon. Creamy Cheddar with sole, cod and shellfish is also worth trying.
