New restaurants
Restaurateur Gayane Breiova (“Na Lestnitse”, “Gayane’s”) opened a new place Panayekhali, presented as an intellectual and ironic café and bar that combines many different cultures, traditions and climates. Here famous chefs, food critics and celebrities share their favourite recipes, DJs play their music in the evenings and invited bartenders entertain guests with flairing. The menu features corn and wheat flatbread with salmon, coriander and lime, beef meatballs with bacon jam, dorado stuffed with crayfish tails, rack of lamb with marinated fern and fried chestnuts. The best thing on the bar list is S.M.Olenka cocktail – gin, passion fruit, raspberry, blackberry, estragon.
