Honest

One of the most popular Moscow chefs William Lamberti opened a new place named Honest on Stoleshnikov Alley. Ginza Project’s executive chef chose the former building of the Aizel boutique for his new restaurant. A well-known designer Andrey Tsygankov was invited to decorate the place in the eclectic style of a modern city café, with an open kitchen and huge windows. The menu is based on Australian cuisine and features zucchini pancakes with black truffle and cream cheese, crab burger with mustard sauce, potato soup with mushrooms and ricotta and raspberry pie.
