New restaurants
Kirill Gusev, the owner of Restoranny Sindikat, opened another restaurant – pizza place Janni. The chef Dmitry Pogorelov presents traditional Italian dishes in creative manner following the latest culinary trends. The best thing to try is pizza with smoked Norwegian salmon and arugula or with Parma ham, home-made mini burrata, Taggiasche olives and Mozzarella cheese. Equipment for pasta-making and some special recipes were brought from Italy by Dmitry himself. For example, Karbonara is served as tortellini stuffed with egg yolk, pancetta and Pecorino cheese. It’s worth saving some space for desserts, such as vanilla ice-cream with olive oil and flower salt or refreshing tangerine sorbet with green pistachios and raspberry marshmallow.
