Seiji Group and the famous Japanese chef Seiji Kusano opened a Japanese steakhouse named Kobe. Here they serve Kobe beef – steaks from wagyu marbled meat known for its exeptional quality and high price. There are two kinds of such steaks on the menu – Kobe A5 and Kobe A3 (the numbers relate to the quality of meat that ranges from 1 to 5). Executive chef of Kobe is Seiji-san himself, so the restaurant can boast all his signature dishes including multi-storeyed sashimi. Everything is cooked from top-level Japanese produce, even sugar is delivered from Japan.
