Ugolёk

The restaurateur Ilya Tyurenkov and the chef Uilliam Lamberti have presented their new joint project - the restaurant Ugolёk. Immediately after the opening all Moscow foodie crowd mooved to the new place and greeted it with fervor. Food in Ugolёk is cooked in antique wood-burning stoves delivered here from the US. The menu features bruschetta with quail (650 rubles), caputti pasta with marrowbone (650 rubles), pumpkin soup with beef-stuffed dumplings (350 rubles), turkey cooked in tandoori with baked eggplants and quinoa (600 rubles) and sophisticated desserts, like marshmallow made of passion fruit. The second floor is designed for dancing and cocktail parties.
