New restaurants
The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow presents a new opening by the renowned Moscow restaurateur Arkady Novikov. The flagship Novikov project has the same name and concept as his restaurant in London opened in 2012. Novikov Restaurant & Bar is located at the lobby level in the place of Gingko. Chef Lloyd Roberts presents Asian cuisine classics: chicken tom yum, beef or tuna tataki and teppan dishes. There is also a sushi menu and a wide choice of seafood posing on beds of ice. The dining area is decorated with enormous roots of exotic relict trees and 400-kg stone statues of Asian warriors. Blue Label Room with an oval table and a fireplace is meant for business meetings, patrons can smoke cigars here.
